Your ‘vibration’ is your overall state of being. High vibrations are positive energies and low vibrations are negative energies. Everything in the universe, including us, is made up of energy, not matter. Even solid objects are made up of vibrational energy fields at the quantum level. This is quantum physics and how much of what goes on around us in the world is beyond what our limited senses can perceive...but yet still exists.
From a metaphysical perspective, we are made up of different energy levels: spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. Each of these has a vibrational frequency that combine to create your overall vibration.
There are high and low vibration frequencies that are within us and around us. When your vibrations are low they will be obvious to not only yourself but others around. Maybe you are struggling with poor health, surrounded by negative people or are having money issues. When you are vibrating high, you will be living in the flow and everything will come easy to you. Perhaps you are excited to wake up every morning, attracting uplifting people in your life or your bank account is looking good.
From an outside perspective, it may appear that luck is on your side. In actuality you've created it all on your own. Remember energy attracts energy. I know when my vibrations have dropped because my life is impacted in a number of ways. For example money isn't flowing or my current situation or reality isn't ideal. When you are vibrating high, you are more likely to attract those positive people, places and situations into your life that you desire. It's as though opportunities that you have hoped for just fall in your lap with minimal effort on your end.
Do you want to be the "lucky one"? I promise you it's not as complex as it seems! You can start attracting more abundance in your life by simply raising your vibrations.
1. Become aware of your thoughts!
Just like Buddha said: What you think you become. Everything you say, think or feel becomes your reality. You have to be cautious of what you are putting your energy into especially negative thoughts. That's because every thought, feeling and emotion that comes into your head has a direct impact on your life. Your reality is likely to become positive when you change your thoughts for the positive. Next time a negative thought comes to you, I challenge you to acknowledge it for what it is then dismiss it and turn it into a positive outcome.
2. Meditate daily
Meditation helps to calm your mind, body and soul into a peaceful state of awareness. Spending 15 minutes a day in meditation can easily change your life for the better. How to meditate? Start by sitting in a comfortable position, close your eyes, listen to high vibration music and breath in and out of your nose. In this day and age, we often rush through our days with a busy brain leaving us in a state of stress, panic and anxiety which are all low vibrations.
3. Be grateful!
Want to shift your vibrations from what you don't have to what is already abundant in your life? I would recommend keeping a gratitude journal and writing down 5 things each day that you are grateful for. When you are in a bad mood, look back at your gratitude journal and before long you will realize how blessed you are.
4. You are what you eat!
I've already written a blog post on high vibration foods that you can check out. Every time you eat a piece of food, you absorb that food's energy into your body. Depending on what you are eating, the quality of energy you are receiving has a direct impact on your health and overall vibration level. When you eat foods that have been processed with chemicals, additives and GMOs your body won't receive much energy or nutrition thus decreasing your vibration level. When you eat healthy foods that are natural and unprocessed, your body will get the nutrients and energy needed and your vibration level will rise.
5. Appreciate the beauty that surrounds you!
"Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it." - Confucius. When you stop and smell the roses you will realize that beauty is all around us. I recommend getting out into nature daily and getting off your phone to truly appreciate the beauty and surroundings all around you.
7. Practice acts of kindness :)
Giving back your time, your services, your items or your money (without receiving anything in return) helps to shift your perspective and vibration levels. Since abundance is a high vibration, your vibrations will automatically rise. When you treat others poorly or gossip your vibrations will suffer as a result.
6. Drink plenty of water
Make sure to drink plenty of filtered water to help your body flush out any toxicity. Any chemicals, pesticides or toxicity has low vibrations correlated and can impact us.
8. Get your blood flowing!
The more you move, the easier your vibrations move. If you are feeling down, nothing makes you feel better than getting your blood and energy moving. You can release the negative energies though movement as vibration requires movement. I would recommend you get active outside daily: walking, biking, hiking, running, dancing whatever puts you into a happy frame of mind. The happier you feel the easier it will be to attract happy experiences into your life.

Face whatever is holding you back head on and it no longer has power over you, you have power over it! Awareness and anything can't co exist. Awareness is more powerful than your ego, your emotions, your thoughts and your feelings. Awareness is what gets you back home to your soul purpose.
You can use your pain and turn it into power. If you are willing to work on where your pain comes from, the lesson to be learned and turn your knowledge into action, you can use your suffering to turn you into a stronger and wiser person!
