Life is an echo. What you send out, comes back. What you sow, you reap. What you give, you get. What you see in others, exists in you. You get what you put out in the 💫 Universe. The Universe is a mirror reflection of you!  

 

If you're looking for happiness you have to find that happiness inside yourself. If you're looking for love you have to find that love within yourself before the Universe will give it to you in a person, place, or thing. That's the spiritual journey back  🌈 home.

 

I know this can seem overwhelming at first, but it gets easier with practice. Eventually you can train your mind to think differently without effort on your end. This takes  time and discipline but it can be done and I can show you how. All the answers you need are in yourself; you just need to learn how to tap into your own intuition and inner knowing.

 

Face whatever is holding you back head on and it no longer has power over you, you have power over it! Awareness and anything can't co exist. Awareness is more powerful than your ego, your emotions, your thoughts and your feelings. Awareness is what gets you back home 🕉️ to your soul purpose.

 

Battling with addiction, grief, loss, anxiety, stress, illness or depression?  I believe that all physical alignments and diseases stem from emotional problems. Any misalignments are your souls way of telling you there's something wrong.

Do you feel stuck only to find yourself running around in circles? That is your ego not you. You are not your ego. Your ego is your self image and “social mask” that you are playing. Your social mask thrives on approval, It wants control, and it is sustained by power because it lives in fear. Once you see your ego for what it really is you begin to see the world clearly. The ego is not who you are it’s who you THINK you are. Do things that feed your soul, not your ego and you will find your LIGHT ✨

I believe that everything in this Universe is ♾️ connected: every thought, every word, every action. . My goal as a spiritual guide is to help you connect with your higher self, see your worth, feel your value and give you the freedom to be YOU!
