When you hold the belief that the Universe is random and does not care about you, then you will experience this. The Universe is a mirror reflection of YOU.
WE have control to change our thoughts and minds- no matter what is happening in our outer world. ✨

We are all one!
Our Universe is limitless and ever expanding and LOVES to collaborate with us to bring our dreams to reality. The Universe holds the physical and spiritual realms within and can consciously manifest with ease.
You can start by examining your past conditioning, your belief systems, your thoughts, feelings and emotions. By doing this you can find and clear any blockages that are in your way of receiving what you desire the most. From an outside perspective, this work is invisible to the naked eye but produces physical and external results. This is because your inner energy and frequency holds the blueprint for your outer life and reality. When you change your vibrations, you change your reality.
2. Make the changes:
Take tangible steps towards what you want, and don't want in your life. When you make changes in your life, you have room for new. Imagine your life like a breath, until you exhale out you can't inhale anymore air in. Take that risk: leave your job, change your career path, end old relationships, get back to the gym, make room for new. Let your actions backup what you are attracting in your life.
When you surrender the Universe, forces beyond your control take over the manifesting process for you. When you are aligned with the Universe, your life becomes perfectly orchestrated by the divine. You will see positive changes in your life like: working your dream job, finding your ideal partner, loving and respecting the body you live in.
1. Write whatever you want down on paper.
2. Make a list of any past conditioning, emotions or beliefs that go against your desires.
3. Now write down a positive counter belief for those you listed in the last step.
4. You have to 100% commit to embodying the new beliefs and emotions. You choose to look at the positive in life instead of the negative.
5. Take action to show the Universe you are serious about what you want.
