7 Tips To Bring Spiritual Balance To Your Life!

In our current modern day busy life, it is imperative to find emotional and spiritual balance.

Our world is filled with stress, anxiety, worries, depression and misalignment. Being spiritually balanced: emotionally, mentally, physically brings us hope and harmony. Below are some steps to bring some much needed spiritual balance into your life.

1) Connect to Nature

Earthing, also known as grounding, connects to earth’s electrical energy promotes physical well-being. Earthing connects the electrical frequencies of the human body with the earth for example: walking barefoot on the grass, rocks, dirt or sand. Similar to the sun, the earth is a source of energy that contributes to optimum health for humans. Research has shown that connecting to the earth's natural energy can diminish stress, anxiety, negative emotions, chronic pain, fatigue and other ailments. When you walk bare feet your skin comes into contact with earth and free electrons are absorbed into the body. These electrons are nature's natural antioxidants and help to neutralize diseases and inflammation in the body.

Since the body is composed of mostly water and minerals, which are both excellent conductors for electrons from the earth. Direct skin contact with earth help these electrons flow through you.

2) Eliminate the Stress

What helps you calm down your mind, body or soul? It's extremely important to address the stress and anxiety in our lives and find a way to get them out of our system. Some activities that help this are: journaling to face your thoughts, exercising, cleaning, cooking, drawing, creating art, listening to music, writing and reading are also known to help.

3) Slow it down

It takes time and dedication to practice becoming mindful of slowing it down. When you stop and smell the roses you will realize that beauty is all around us. I recommend getting out into nature daily and getting off your phone to truly appreciate the beauty and surroundings all around you. When you take your energy away from technology you will feel much more peaceful, renewed and rejuvenated.

4) Reevaluate Your Social Circle

Connecting with like-minded people and finding your "tribe" does wonders for your emotional, mental and spiritual health. You need to identify people in your life that are constantly dragging you down and getting in the way of your balance. Oftentimes these people are always complaining about their lives and are wasting it away on alcohol and drugs. It's hard to have a positive life surrounded by negative people. If you feel more balanced, in sync and calmer being away from them then I would highly recommend you keep them at bay or completely eliminate them from your life. By doing this you are respecting your energy, space and time by placing boundaries.

5) Meditate daily

Meditation helps to calm your mind, body and soul into a peaceful state of awareness. Spending 15 minutes a day in meditation can easily change your life for better. How to meditate? Start by sitting in a comfortable position, close your eyes, listen to high vibration music and breath in and out of your nose. In this day and age, we often rush through our days with a busy brain leaving us in a state of stress, panic and anxiety which are all low vibrations.

6) Get outside!

Get outside on a daily basis. I personally feel much better and more balanced when i'm outside with the elemental energies of the: sun, fresh air, trees, flowers, mountains, ocean, lakes, rivers and the earth. I would recommend you get active outside daily: walking, biking, hiking, running, rollerblading, dancing whatever puts you into a happy frame of mind. The happier you feel the easier it will be to attract happy experiences into your life. It's also effective to own pets and have plants and flowers filled in our living environments which contribute to making us feel more connected to nature and refreshed.

7) Become aware of your thoughts!

Just like Buddha said: What you think you become. Everything you say, think or feel becomes your reality. You have to be cautious of what you are putting your energy into especially negative thoughts. That's because every thought, feeling and emotion that comes into your head has a direct impact on your life. Your reality is likely to become positive when you change your thoughts for the positive. Next time a negative thought comes to you, I challenge you to acknowledge it for what it is then dismiss it and turn it into a positive outcome.

When you weed out things that don't serve a purpose in your life, you are moving towards finding things that do. When you make appropriate changes in your life, you make room for new and better experiences.

Going through a spiritual awakening?

During an awakening, it may be useful to have some professional guidance: someone who can confidently, patiently and without judgement help us, step by step through the healing process. If you are in need of someone to talk with about triggers, past trauma, childhood wounds or repressed emotions. I am available for online booking please contact me directly at: fromanotherealm@gmail.com

Face whatever is holding you back head on and it no longer has power over you, you have power over it! Awareness and anything can't co exist. Awareness is more powerful than your ego, your emotions, your thoughts and your feelings. Awareness is what gets you back home to your soul purpose.

You can use your pain and turn it into power. If you are willing to work on where your pain comes from, the lesson to be learned and turn your knowledge into action, you can use your suffering to turn you into a stronger and wiser person! I look forward to working with you on your spiritual journey.
