What 10 Oils Have A Natural SPF?


1. Soybean Oil: SPF 10


Soybean oil is very effective in treating skin damage caused by the sun and is also very cost- effective. Your skin will feeling healthy and smooth after use.



2. Carrot Seed Oil: SPF 38 - 40


Carrot seed oil has a natural SPF protection and is rich in antioxidant and antiseptic properties. It helps to add moisture to the skin to help heal dry, cracked skin.




3. Coconut Oil: SPF 2 -8



Coconut oil is my personal favorite and is very versatile. You can use it to protect not only your skin but your hair from the sun. Coconut oil can be used daily as a moisturizer to help treat dry skin.


4. Raspberry Seed Oil: SPF 30 - 50



Raspberry seed oil is rich in both omega-3, omega-6 fatty acids and contains antioxidants and vitamin e that helps aid in skin repair. It effectively moisturizes and improves skin dryness, elasticity and helps to reduces wrinkles and fine lines. The SPF ranges from 30 – 50 protecting against UVA & UVB rays making it a popular choice for hot days.



5. Avocado oil: SPF 4 – 15


Avocado oil helps to soothe and softening skin. It absorbs into the skin increasing the the elasticity of skin. Apply the oil to help heal sun damage, reduce age spots and decrease scars. Add a drop of avocado oil on your hair to add shine and softness.



6. Jojoba Oil: SPF: 4

Jojoba oil provides a natural moisturizer that provides healing and anti inflammatory from the acid in it.



7. Olive OiL: SPF 4-8

Olive oil is rich in antioxidants and helps to protect and repairs skin making it healthy. It will help get back the moisture and also get rid of the impurities on your skin. IIt's a great option for oily skin due to its non-greasy nature.



8. Macadamia Nut Oil: SPF 6


Macadamia nut oil is a lightweight oil that is wonderful for all skin types. It helps heal, fade scars, balances and nourishes skin. Promotes softer and younger looking skin.



9. Almond Oil – SPF 5


Almond oil is rich in vitamin e which helps your skin to remain soft and supple, delays the ageing process, it improves complexion and lightens dark circles. You can use it on your hair to nourishes, soften, and add shine to your hair.




10. Wheat germ Oil: SPF -20


Wheat germ oil contains antioxidants and vitamin e that repairs cell damage. It reduces skin inflammation and helps in treating dry skin and chapped lips.


I would highly recommend you use these natural SPF options vs the traditional sunscreen. Our modern day sunscreens contain chemicals, toxins, and pesticides that are not beneficial to your skin or your health.
