In spiritual context, polarity represents areas of consciousness that appear to be the opposite from one another. They are each two components of the same body of consciousness, each with a different focus. Some examples of polarity include: light and dark, right and wrong, good and bad. Polarity is present in every argument and in any area of life there isn't in harmony and balance.
There is:
No wisdom without ignorance.
No crazy without brilliant.
No courage without fear.
No light without dark.
No love without hate.
No found without lost.
No laughter without tears.
No sunrise without sunset.
We can't own our divinity and our gifts without also owning our mistakes. Our mistakes are what we came here for. They are our greatest teachers and moments of awakening.
This is our journey here on Earth. We move through the crazy to find wisdom. We moved through hell to find heaven. Only then we can choose the light over dark,
wisdom over fear and love over hate.

Face whatever is holding you back head on and it no longer has power over you, you have power over it! Awareness and anything can't co exist. Awareness is more powerful than your ego, your emotions, your thoughts and your feelings. Awareness is what gets you back home to your soul purpose.
You can use your pain and turn it into power. If you are willing to work on where your pain comes from, the lesson to be learned and turn your knowledge into action, you can use your suffering to turn you into a stronger and wiser person!
